JBS International is seeking a high-impact Digital Automation & Solutions Lead to establish and lead a modern digital capability spanning automation, low-code/no-code solutions, data enablement, analytics, and practical AI applications.

This player-coach leader will define strategy, build governance, deliver hands-on solutions, and scale a sustainable capability while partnering with Digital Services and client teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
• 8+ years in digital solutions, automation, analytics, or solution architecture.
• Hands-on with low-code/workflow platforms (monday.com, Smartsheet, Power Platform).
• 5+ years analytics and data platform experience (Snowflake, SQL, BI tools, Salesforce).
• Proven ability to design and integrate AI use cases into client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hands-on leader delivering solution design and delivery.
• Translate needs into MVPs and scalable solutions.
• Design and implement workflow automation using Monday.com, Smartsheet, Power Platform.
• Develop reusable accelerators, governance, and scalable patterns.
• Partner with analytics teams to deliver dashboards and insights.
• Collaborate with business teams to support proposals and client work.
