Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking accomplished consultants to join our Corporate Performance Improvement team in New York. With 7–10 years of industry and consulting experience, you will lead complex engagements across telecom, digital infrastructure, and operations, shaping actionable strategies and guiding execution from design to delivery.

A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant industry and consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Outcome oriented and entrepreneurial with a commercial mindset.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams on complex projects by setting direction and ensuring quality of client/project deliverable development.
• Decompose complex issues, frame solution design and architect deliverables against SOW requirements.
• Ensure deliverables are complete, error‑free, communicated clearly and on time.
• Rapidly develop understanding of client’s business and identify opportunities for A&M.
• Promote a positive and inclusive team environment; coach others to act in clients’ best interests.
