Job summary

Firehawk Aerospace in Addison, TX is seeking an experienced Configuration and Data Integrator to bridge Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT. The role owns the digital thread across enterprise architectures and ensures data integrity across PLM, ERP, and MES.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with PLM-ERP-MES integration, BOM harmonization, and engineering software lifecycle management in a regulated aerospace environment. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in configuration management, data integration, or engineering systems.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering/IT or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace configuration management, BOM structures, and PLM/ERP workflows.
• Experience with enterprise system integration and data interoperability frameworks.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Own data pipelines and integration points between PLM, ERP, and MES.
• Author, maintain, and optimize data exchange protocols to reduce silos and manual entry.
• Serve as primary liaison between Engineering and IT for engineering tools and platforms.
• Manage lifecycle, deployment, licenses, and configuration of core engineering software suites.
• Coordinate software validation, regression testing, and downtime for upgrades.
• Transform EBOM into MBOM and ensure data alignment across views.
• Establish standards for data integrity and attribute continuity across programs.
• Support rules for phantom assemblies, make/buy decisions, and linestock.
• Develop configuration management processes and audit-ready archives.
• Provide system administration including user management and access control.
• Facilitate ECB/CCB reviews and participate in design reviews.
