Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Verify endorsements as required by teller policies.
• Report suspicious activity through proper channels.
• Follow bank policies and procedures and understand fraud risks in ITM transactions.
• Provide high-quality customer service and promote Signature Service usage.
• Comply with federal and state banking laws and related regulations.
• Perform other duties requested by a supervisor.
