United Bank is seeking an Interactive Teller for Zebulon, GA. The role covers evenings 11:30pm–8:00am with rotating weekends, handling transactions via ITM and promoting Signature Service to customers.

You will verify deposits, manage cash handling, and ensure compliance with bank policies while delivering excellent customer support and contributing to fraud prevention and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience handling teller transactions and customer inquiries.
• Knowledge of bank operations and compliance.
• Ability to assess risk and prevent losses in ITM transactions.
• Deliver Signature Service and promote alternative delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of teller transactions via Interactive Teller Machines.
