Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the branch.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers.
• Resolve escalated account issues and log complaints.
• Assist with cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers as needed.
• Perform Consumer AML/KYC-related activities and ensure policy compliance.
