Job summary

Neptune Technology Group seeks a Manager, Digital Technology Shared Services to govern how technology enters Neptune's portfolio, budget, vendor management, and change management across the organization.

You will lead three Digital Technology Business Analysts, establish enterprise standards for governance (COBIT/ITIL) and analytics, and partner with the PMO and functional leaders to optimize IT delivery across Neptune's manufacturing footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience with 10+ years in IT governance.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional IT governance with budget and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Govern intake and governance for new technology across Neptune's portfolio.
• Lead portfolio governance, COBIT and ITIL practices, and executive reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor management, and contract lifecycle across functional areas.
• Direct cloud FinOps governance and total cost of ownership visibility.
• Manage and develop three Digital Technology Business Analysts.
