Job summary

Tecnica Group North America is seeking a Manager, Digital Technology to lead the local digital technology function, syncing business needs with IT priorities and guiding the team to deliver value aligned with corporate standards. You will partner with Global Group IT to represent NorAm's needs while ensuring local execution fits the broader framework.

Qualifications

Experience as a business analyst or similar business-facing analytical role in IT or ERP projects.
Experience translating business requirements into terms a technical team can act on.
Experience with large-scale ERP implementations; SAP experience a plus.
Prior people leadership or team management experience.

Responsibilities

Leads, coaches, and develops the local Digital Technology team.
Sets team priorities, removes obstacles, and balances competing demands across support, projects, and operational needs.
Supports team members' growth through regular feedback and coaching.
Serves as a local SAP subject matter expert through close partnerships with Group IT.
Maintains dashboards and metrics for business leadership.
Manages the annual IT budget and resource allocation, forecasting investments and cost-saving opportunities.
