Job summary

Tecnica Group North America seeks a Manager, Digital Technology to lead the local digital technology function, set direction, and ensure IT aligns with business priorities. You will partner with Global Group IT to represent NorAm needs and drive day-to-day execution.

The role leads a small team, manages priorities across support, projects and operations, and guides transformation initiatives including SAP ERP rollout and system validations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst or similar business-facing analytics role in IT/ERP projects.
• Able to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Experience in large ERP/projects rollout; SAP experience is a plus.
• Prior people leadership or team management experience.
• Strong business acumen and curiosity about how tech serves the business.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Able to operate in a centrally directed, multi-stakeholder program with IT.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a multi-brand, multi-entity, or matrixed org is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops the local Digital Technology team and sets priorities.
• Oversees infrastructure, help desk, and cybersecurity plans aligned with business needs.
• Partners with Group IT and business leaders to align ERP rollout priorities.
