Job summary

Gibraltar Building Products, a leading North American building products manufacturer, seeks an SAP Senior Manager to lead the strategic SAP roadmap, governance, implementation, optimization and support across the SAP ecosystem.

You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, manage budgets and vendors, and drive digital transformation leveraging SAP technologies to improve Finance, Procurement, Warehouse Ops, Customer Service and Sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business or related field required.
10+ years SAP experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations and enterprise implementations.
SAP Certifications preferred; PMP/Agile/ITIL certifications recommended.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the SAP roadmap aligned with business goals.
Lead SAP implementations, updates, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
Manage SAP budgets, vendors, consulting partners, and project portfolios.
Lead and develop SAP functional and technical teams.
Drive process improvements across finance, procurement, warehouse ops, customer service, sales and quality.
Ensure SAP platform reliability, security, compliance and performance.
