The role partners with MSPs, integrators, and IT business partners to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements and drive efficiency.

Strong leadership and communication are essential for cross-functional success. The incumbent will manage projects, maintain internal controls, and align IT initiatives with business goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, IT Manager or IT Project Manager.
• 7+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 7+ years delivering services/projects via 3rd parties.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong business acumen and communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/SCM systems and IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Leads team to define and implement solutions within ERP/CRM/MES domains.
• Manages daily site/region operational IT support and cost control.
• Demonstrates project management and change leadership with stakeholders.
• Develops multi-year IT roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Oversees IT project prioritization and resource allocation.
