Job summary

WARN Automotive is seeking a Digital Technology Manager to lead IT initiatives across ERP, CRM, MES, and related enterprise systems. The role emphasizes delivering business-aligned technology solutions, managing projects, and coordinating with MSPs and vendors.

You will mentor IT staff, drive process improvements, ensure SOX compliance, and partner with business leaders to achieve strategic goals. On-site work in Madison, IN is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, preferably in a STEM related area.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, IT Manager or IT Project Manager.
• 7+ years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• 7+ years’ experience delivering services and projects via 3rd party providers.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team to define and implement solutions within ERP, CRM, MES, and other enterprise systems.
• Manages daily site/region operational IT support and controls costs.
• Oversees IT project prioritization with business teams and resources.
