Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive digital projects and manage cross-functional teams. You will create and oversee project plans, identify risks, and communicate with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Project Management experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Compensation ranges from $45 to $50 per hour, with benefits starting on day one, including medical and retirement options.

Base Pay Range

$45.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Job Description

• Create, track and status project plans to include milestone schedules, scope, resource plans, budgets and cross-functional dependencies
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with partnership across Engineering, QE, Product Management
• Ability to drive the project forward- simplifying the complex
• Successful track record leading multiple projects from inception to execution
• Manage risks, cross dependencies, project budgets
• Capture, publish and follow-up on meeting notes, action items and other inter-team communications
• Work with both IT and Business program owners to identify accurate resource estimates

Required Experience

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, focusing on execution of Digital projects. (This could include OMNI, Loyalty, Marketplaces, Front End projects)
• Experience with Atlassian tools – JIRA for project execution and Confluence for reporting
• A proven track record of successful project delivery, from inception through implementation
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Track record of successfully working with cross-functional teams – business users, project managers, architecture, QA, release and engineering teams to build and enhance Knowledge context.
• Metric driven team management using Agile methodologies
• Extensive experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• PMP/CSM a plus

Compensation

$45 to $50/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
