Job Description

The Delivery Project Manager oversees complex, multi-workstream projects within large Medicaid programs, working closely with state clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams. This role manages high-visibility, multi-vendor initiatives, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include driving disciplined project delivery through stage-gated governance in a waterfall SDLC, advancing each phase only after formal approvals and risk reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of project management, leading complex, multi-vendor software initiatives.
• Strong experience managing projects with Waterfall methodology and stage-gated checkpoints.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional, client-facing teams and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Skilled in Microsoft Project; MS Project Online (MSPO) experience preferred.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Medicaid, MMIS, or public-sector healthcare systems experience
• PMP

Compensation

$60/hr to $70/hr.
