Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a skilled billing and payments domain expert in the United States to lead end-to-end billing initiatives. The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, integration with SAP and billing ecosystems, and strong stakeholder collaboration across business and technology teams.

The candidate will drive workshops, define roadmaps, and implement real-time API integrations to support fast, scalable digital billing products for diverse payment types.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end billing, ACH, paper checks and credit card processing.
• Hands-on with SAP and related billing downstream systems.
• Ability to manage real-time communication integrations and various APIs during billing rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across business, technology and QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for end-to-end billing initiatives.
• Be the primary contact for stakeholders and resolve queries from Business/Technology.
• Conduct and drive workshops with business, DPO, BA, tech leads and QA to finalize solutions.
• Create rapid, minimum viable and testable billing product increments.
• Evaluate multiple technology options and select the most relevant ones.

Job description

Proven technical and domain implementation experience in:

1.Billing module handling end to end type of implementation on different types of payment/collection types like ACH, Paper check and Credit card

2.Accounting

3. SAP and related integrated down streams systems of billing

Capability and hands on handling futuristic features like e wallet and payment automation initiatives

Hands on on the below:

1.Defining strategy and roadmap for the end to end billing initiatives

2.Be the point of contact for the stakeholders like business, sponsor, programming team and handling queries from stakeholders (Business/Technology) and resolving it

3.Ability to conduct and drive workshops involving stakeholders from business, DPO, BA, Technical leads and QA to arrive at solutions for the business and technology problems

Flair in creating quick wins and ability to rapidly develop minimum viable and minimum testable products

Hands on in creating real time communication integration and ability to handle and manage various APIs during the billing module roll outs

Capable in evaluating multiple technology solutions and ability to suggest the most relevant ones among various options

Hands on exposure in taking up features, working with DPOs and arriving at solutions for the same

Good knowledge about P&C Insurance
