Job description

Mandatory hands-on experience and ability to navigate current tools is required. Telcomm domain highly preferred.

The technical product owner for digital and web is responsible for leading the web platforms domain management product vision, operations, strategy, and roadmap for the digital and web platforms that deliver engaging and seamless user experiences across multiple channels and devices; and other application services.

The technical product manager for digital and web collaborates with cross-functional teams, including cyber, other technology and product groups, network, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to define and deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and stakeholders.

The technical product owner for payments also oversees the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, and ensures that the products and releases are aligned with the team's, organization's, company's goals and values.

The technical product manager shall maintain roadmaps, goals, OKRs and metrics that align to overall operations health and DevOps lifecycle of all aspects of the release process, from planning, product management, product engineering to release management and monitoring, alerting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and communicate the product vision, product operations, product strategy, and roadmap for the domain management and payments platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, objectives, and priorities.
  2. Research and analyze the market partner trends, customer and external feedback, user behavior, and competitive landscape to identify and validate the product opportunities and requirements.
  3. Define and prioritize the product features and specifications, and collaborate with the engineering team to deliver high-quality and user-centric solutions, through the use of enterprise and self-assigned tools, including Planview, JIRA and other forms of resource, product and financial tracking measures.
  4. Manage the product backlog and release planning, and coordinate the product launch and post-launch activities, including testing, documentation, training, and support.
  5. Establish and track the product performance metrics and KPIs, and leverage data and insights to optimize the product functionality and usability. Formulate data-driven reporting and operations for leadership and team members to derive data-driven decision-making actions.
  6. Lead and mentor the engineering, testing and other product team(s), and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus, while obsession with 3S – stability, security and scalability.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  2. At least 10 years of product management, product engineering experience in the payments domain, mandatory in a B2B or B2C environment.
  3. Proven track record of delivering successful and impactful digital and web products, from ideation to launch and beyond. Working beyond inheriting operations and a version 1.0 product.
  4. Strong knowledge and experience in Swagger, SQL, Agile, JIRA, UAT testing relevant technologies and tools. Ability to adapt and apply the same concepts and functions from one service to another.
  5. Excellent and clear ability for communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate and advocate the product vision and value proposition to various audiences at all levels, from technical resources to leadership.
