Job summary

ADD STAFF, Inc. seeks a Digital Support Representative (Not IT, Customer Service) in Colorado Springs to deliver high-quality support through digital channels for members and staff, troubleshoot issues, and document steps for engineering.

You will participate in user acceptance testing, assist with implementing new digital features, monitor requests, and help increase usage of digital products while maintaining service metrics and adhering to Bank Secrecy Act requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ years in financial services or customer service.
• Experience with electronic product support preferred (6+ months).
• Ability to translate technical concepts to staff clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional digital channel support to members and staff.
• Capture steps to reproduce issues and report defects promptly.
• Assist in user acceptance testing prior to product releases.
• Assist with implementing new digital features and ongoing usage of existing products.
