Stand Together is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Reputation & Executive Communications to lead online content for its executive leadership, elevating visibility across owned channels. You will craft multimedia content, write for social media, and partner with editorial and comms teams to drive impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in social media strategy, content development, and executive communications.
• Proven experience developing and managing social media platforms and campaigns for senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to build executive brand and reputation strategies and communications plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and execution of multimedia content with cross-functional teams.
• Write, edit, and publish short-form social media content reflecting executives’ voices.
• Develop storyboards and scripts for video content and coordinate with production teams.
• Establish KPIs and engagement benchmarks to measure content performance.
• Own content analytics reporting and provide optimization recommendations.
• Experiment with new content formats and refine strategy based on data and feedback.
• Build and manage editorial calendars for executive-facing content across platforms.
• Coordinate with communications, events, and development teams to align opportunities.
• Monitor executive mentions and flag reputational risks or opportunities.
