• BA / BS degree from a top-tier university.
• 7+ years of total professional experience (5+ with an MBA) with 2+ years post-MBA in strategy roles.
• Track record of impact.
• Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder groups.
• Superior communication skills.
• Prior digital gaming industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute MDS’s long-term digital strategy aligned with Mattel’s corporate priorities.
• Provide insights on digital strategy, growth opportunities, and investment priorities to senior leadership.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform the strategic roadmap.
• Develop business cases for investments, partnerships, and acquisitions across brands.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to structure scalable business models.
