Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Strategy and Corporate Development team at our El Segundo, CA headquarters.

You will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and senior leaders to shape corporate strategy and drive cross-functional initiatives that create business impact. You will partner with executives across the company on critical strategic projects, including leading cross-functional teams and supporting M&A priorities.

Qualifications

• BA / BS degree from a top-tier university.

Responsibilities

• Shape Mattel’s corporate strategy with the Chief Strategy Officer and the Strategy & Corporate Development team.
• Partner with executives across the company on strategic projects and lead cross-functional teams to drive impact.
