Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Digital Consultant to lead PMIS implementation and data strategy across major capital programs. You will bridge project controls, information management, data analytics, and digital strategy to unlock value from data and improve delivery performance.

You will design digital strategies, coordinate data frameworks, and support the adoption of Power BI and Tableau across PMOs, enabling insight-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in a STEM discipline.
• Chartered or equivalent professional qualification with a professional institution or recognized body.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, validation, and translation of business and system requirements into digital solutions.
• Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of PMIS systems for a large PMO focusing on cost, risk, schedule, and portfolio tools.
• Develop system configuration approaches, technical documentation, and implementation plans aligned to program objectives.
• Design and implement dashboarding and reporting solutions (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) to enable insight-led decision-making.
• Provide technical training, coaching, and user adoption support to client teams.
