STV Inc. is seeking a Digital Strategy Lead to join our Advisory team in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. In this role, you'll bridge program operations, data strategy, and systems implementation for major infrastructure projects.

This position comes with a compensation range of $139,693.44 - $159,649.65 and benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with automation and AI-enabled workflows is a plus.

This person will support the delivery and operational management of digital solutions for major infrastructure and transportation programs. This role bridges program operations, data strategy, and systems implementation.Sitting within STV's Digital Advisory Services, you'll serve as a key liaison between clients, project teams, program leadership, and technical specialists. You'll support the management and evolution of program management information systems (PMIS), reporting environments, workflow improvements and automations, SharePoint-based systems, and data governance initiatives - all aimed at helping owners plan, deliver, monitor, and operate large-scale programs more effectively.
