Job summary

Hiab is seeking a seasoned professional to lead digital solutions sales and pre-sales activities in the designated market. You will work with account managers and partners to win opportunities, while collaborating with the product team to align customer needs with Hiab’s solutions.

The role requires strong technical understanding, 5+ years in solution sales, and willingness to travel across the region to engage customers and channel partners. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of solution pre-sales and/or sales experience.
• Experience with partners and customers to add business value.
• Strong technical understanding to provide customer support.
• Experience in digital solutions: fleet management, telematics, IoT or data analytics.
• Ability to engage with end-user customers at different levels and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital and solution sales in the designated market area.
• Develop sales strategy, pipeline management, and sales tooling.
• Engage with customers and channel partners with account managers.
• Collaborate with the digital product team to capture customer needs.
• Develop and deliver training initiatives internally and to externally.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Administer back-office processes and contract setup.
