Hiab USA is seeking a driven digital solutions sales professional to lead solution pre-sales and sales in the North American market. You will collaborate with partners, customers, and the product team to shape value propositions and drive growth in fleet management, telematics, IoT, and data analytics.

This role requires travel, strong technical empathy, and the ability to engage with end-user customers at various organizational levels to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 5+ years of solution pre-sales and/or sales experience.
• Experience working with partners and customers to add business value.
• High level technical understanding and ability to provide technical support.
• Experience in digital solutions: fleet management, telematics, IoT or data analytics.
• Ability to connect with end-user customers at different levels.
• Frequent traveling in the respective area.

Responsibilities

• Drive Hiab’s digital and solution sales in the market area.
• Develop sales strategy, process, pipeline management, and tools.
• Engage with new and existing customers and channel partners.
• Collaborate with the digital product team to capture customer needs.
• Develop and manage training initiatives internally and for customers.
• Grow long-term relationships with customers.
• Administer back-office processes, contract setup and management.
