Job summary

UNFPA seeks a Digital Solutions & CoE Specialist within the ITSO to drive the technical execution and scaling of core digital products across HQ, regional, and country offices.

The role blends hands-on product management with QA to ensure scalable, secure solutions that strengthen UNFPA's programmatic impact. It also supports partnerships and funding initiatives for scaling and piloting digital innovations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software product management, digital transformation, or related tech initiatives.
• Experience managing technology lifecycles, vendor teams, and complex digital deployments.
• Experience providing technical advisory support to decentralized or international field environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle, rollout, and scaling of core digital products for ITSO and DCoE.
• Draft product roadmaps, requirements, and user stories for developers, vendors, and system integrators.
• Ensure solutions comply with cybersecurity standards, data privacy regulations, and enterprise architecture.
