Job summary

You will collaborate with developers, vendors, and programme staff, co‑lead partnerships, and support fundraising for digital scaling and startup pilots, driving impact
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software product management or digital transformation.
- Experience managing technology lifecycles, vendor teams, and complex digital product deployments.
- Knowledge of data privacy standards, enterprise architecture, and modern cloud infrastructures.
- Experience preparing funding proposals or partnership agreements is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage the technical lifecycle, rollout, and scaling of assigned core digital products.
- Draft product roadmaps, technical requirements, and user stories for developers, vendors, and system integrators.
- Provide Technical Assistance to Regional and Country Offices on implementing complex ICT and digital solutions.
- Establish standard operating procedures, technical documentation guidelines, and service-level targets for scaled digital solutions.
- Co-lead partnerships and support funding proposals for digital scaling, idea piloting, and startup support.
