Qualifications

• 10+ years in a strategic role related to product or service design and technology.
• 15+ years overall related work experience within digital experience and modernization.
• 5+ years experience leading the Capture Process for federal opportunities, from identification to closing.
• 5+ years experience driving proposal development for federal opportunities, including coordination, writing, and reviewing.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture strategy, solution development, positioning, pricing, and proposal efforts for opportunities from $10–$50 million.
• Coordinate with strategic capture teams and enterprise proposal support for large deals.
• Research trends impacting citizen services, modernization, and customer experience in the federal context.
• Facilitate teaming conversations and manage ICF's reputation as a reliable teaming partner for small businesses.
• Facilitate high-impact meetings/workshops drawing on human-centered design methodologies to define winning solutions.
