Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic design/tech experience.
• 15+ years in digital experience and modernization.
• 5+ years leading federal capture process.
• 5+ years driving federal proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture strategy, solution development, positioning, pricing and proposal efforts for opportunities $10–$50M.
• Coordinate with strategic capture team, enterprise proposal support, and CTO for large deals.
• Research trends impacting citizen services and federal customer experience.
• Facilitate teaming conversations and manage ICF’s reputation as a reliable partner for small businesses.
• Facilitate high-impact meetings/workshops using human-centered design approaches.
• Provide thought leadership by participating in industry events and contributing content.
