Job summary
ICF Next is seeking a Partner, Digital Client Solutions to drive capture strategy and proposal efforts for federal digital experiences from Reston, VA. This hybrid role requires leveraging ICF’s mission-driven approach to improve government technology and customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate will lead complex opportunities, coordinate with senior leaders, and shape winning proposals, while advancing digital service delivery for federal civilian and related agencies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in a strategic product/service design or technology role.
- 15+ years in digital experience and modernization.
- 5+ years leading capture for Federal opportunities.
- 5+ years driving Federal proposal development, including coordination and writing.
Responsibilities
- Lead capture strategy, solution development, positioning, pricing, and proposal efforts for $10–$50M opportunities.
- Coordinate with strategic capture team and CTO to align opportunity support for large deals.
- Research trends impacting citizen services and federal government UX.
- Facilitate teaming conversations and manage ICF’s reputation as a teaming partner.
- Lead high-impact meetings/workshops using human-centered design methods.
- Contribute thought leadership content to blogs, whitepapers, and conferences.
