Job summary

Werfen is seeking a Solution Leader in Bedford, MA to own end-to-end strategy and delivery for a key diagnostics solution. You will guide one or more squads, align with business KPIs, and translate user feedback into new developments.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, service, medical affairs, R&D and other functions to drive value. Requires a Bachelor's degree (Biological Science, Engineering or Business), 3–5 years healthcare experience, 2+ years agile experience; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science, Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience; healthcare industry preferred.
• 2+ years of agile/scrum experience; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads agile squad(s) and works onsite with the team daily.
• Sets product vision and develops end-to-end strategy across solutions.
• Ensures KPIs are tracked and aligned with business value.
• Translates user needs into stories and acceptance criteria with a 3–4 sprint backlog.
• Coordinates go-to-market activities and stakeholder communication.
