Job summary

Werfen in Bedford, MA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Test to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for clinical decision support solutions. You will lead test automation initiatives across the product lifecycle, while supporting manual, exploratory, integration, and regression testing as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5–10 years related experience or Master’s with 3–5 years.
• Experience in Software Medical Devices development following ISO 13485, IEC 62304 / 21 CFR Part 820.30 is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade automated testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and tools.
• Define scalable test automation strategies across the SDLC including functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites aligned with CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, PO, and cross-functional teams to implement user stories and test solutions.
• Review code changes, ensure quality, coverage, and maintainability of tests.
