Job summary

KBR is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to lead data analytics, automation, and modernization for the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program in Jacksonville, FL. You will transform legacy processes into scalable digital environments and partner with cross-functional teams on strategic insights.

Responsibilities include data collection, modeling, dashboard creation, and training staff on new Microsoft 365 solutions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of related experience in data analytics or digital solutions.
• Proficiency in data mining, statistics, predictive analytics, and data modeling.
• Strong skills in Python, R, or advanced SQL.
• Advanced Power BI capabilities to design enterprise data models and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation through data analytics, process automation, and system modernization.
• Migrate and modernize legacy data systems and reports into Microsoft 365 environments.
• Create interactive dashboards and executive reports using Power BI and DAX/Power Query.
• Develop automated workflows with Power Automate, Forms, and SharePoint.
• Train workshop teams on new digital tools and adoption and ensure governance and compliance.
