The role requires a BS in a relevant field and 5+ years in dashboards, cloud/Azure, and vessel data systems. You will work with Power BI, Grafana, and OPC-UA to enable real-time monitoring and decision support.

Qualifications

• Five years developing dashboards for vessel data digitalization.
• Five years conducting pre-studies for vessel projects and client meetings.
• Experience with cloud solutions and Microsoft Azure, plus vessel data systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Industry 4.0 transitions through data solutions for marine ops.
• Lead pre-sales studies and support installation and configuration of software/hardware.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure excellent digital solution adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve support cases on digital platforms.
• Identify customer needs for digital solutions and route leads internally.
• Manage core cloud services and open digital ecosystems.
• Share lessons learned within the team.
