Job summary

KBR Careers seeks a Digital Solutions Specialist for the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on data modernization, analytics, and automation using Microsoft 365 and Power BI to deliver actionable insights for workshop leadership.

You will collect and transform data, build dashboards, deploy automated workflows with Power Automate and SharePoint, and train teams to adopt new digital tools while ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/Statistics/Math/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years data analytics/engineering, or 4 years military digital transformation experience.
• Hands-on data science and analytics: data mining, statistics, modeling.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or advanced SQL.
• Advanced Power BI with enterprise data models, DAX, and Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and clean large datasets from multiple sources.
• Transform data into structured formats for analysis and reporting.
• Perform data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling to identify insights.
• Evaluate and modernize reporting methods and legacy processes.
• Migrate legacy data systems to secure Microsoft 365 environments.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows with Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint.
• Create interactive dashboards and executive reports using Power BI.
• Develop data models using DAX and Power Query.
