Job summary

KBR is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist in Jacksonville, FL, to lead data analytics, automation, and modernization initiatives using Microsoft 365 tools. You will transform legacy processes into scalable digital environments, build dashboards with Power BI, and mentor teams on new technologies.

The role emphasizes data modeling, automated workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational efficiency and strategic insights within the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 8+ years of analytics/digital solutions experience; or 4 years of related military experience.
• Hands-on data science and analytics experience including data mining, statistics, predictive analytics, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or advanced SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
• Advanced Power BI skills to design enterprise data models, dashboards, and DAX/Power Query solutions.
• Strong communication skills to present technical findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and clean large datasets from multiple sources.
• Transform raw data into structured formats for analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Perform data mining, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and trend analysis.
• Evaluate reporting methods and identify modernization opportunities in data workflows.
• Migrate legacy data systems and reports into secure Microsoft 365 environments.
• Create interactive dashboards and executive reports using Power BI.
• Develop data models using DAX and Power Query to enable insights.
• Train workshop team members on new digital tools and automated solutions.
• Provide activity and status reports to management and ensure compliance.
