Job summary

The Institute for Policy & Social Research (IPSR) at the University of Kansas seeks a Digital Navigator to support underserved communities’ digital access and skills in Kansas. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and related experience or classroom study.
Certificates in technology education program such as coding, excel, digital storytelling, AI, or online branding.
Experience with an online learning management site.
Excellent organizational skills and experience working independently as demonstrated in work experience.

Responsibilities

80% – Technology Curriculum Development and Instruction: Collaborating on developing technology education curricula.
Creating online technology learning modules.
Providing technical support to program participants.
Holding in-person education sessions to answer program participants’ questions.
20% – Project Coordination Support: Assisting the project team in evaluating learning outcomes.
Communicating project-related information with the project team.
Documenting project development procedures.
