Job summary

Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas is seeking a Digital Navigation Coordinator to support the Digital Navigation Program, serving Refugees and Migrants with digital literacy classes, access case management, and workshops. The role emphasizes assessing community needs and expanding services.

Based primarily in Wyandotte and Johnson Counties with occasional travel across the 21-county area; may operate a CC vehicle; contributes to partnerships and data reporting to meet funder requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of field experience with technology access.
• Strong English communication skills; ability to present to groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with diverse refugee populations.
• Valid Kansas or Missouri driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Digital Navigator, interns, and volunteers.
• Develop programs addressing digital literacy and access needs.
• Support delivery of digital navigation services and case management.
• Ensure data collection, documentation, and reporting meet funding requirements.
• Build digital education resources for clients and staff.
• Cultivate partnerships to strengthen digital support services.
• Represent Catholic Charities within the Digital Navigation community.
• Occasionally travel within 21-county service area.
• Operate a Catholic Charities vehicle as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
