Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in e-commerce operations, digital shelf management, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with product content management and syndication platforms.
• Experience with retailer or marketplace portals (Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart etc.).

Responsibilities

• Enhance PDP quality and content accuracy across priority digital channels.
• Lead cross-functional readiness for launches and content updates.
• Ensure content syndication and data governance across Syndigo, Salsify, Bynder.
• Monitor ratings, reviews, and retailer analytics; deliver action-oriented insights.
• Identify process improvements and scale successful pilots for digital shelf.
