Job summary

GALLO is seeking an Associate Digital Shelf Manager to optimize our brands’ digital presence across retailers and marketplaces. You will own end-to-end shelf performance, ensuring accurate, compelling, and compliant product content that drives discoverability and conversion.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with Marketing, Creative Services and IT to deliver data and assets, maintain standards, and advance digital capabilities through workflow improvements and technology integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, content management, category development, or IT with increasing responsibility.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, workflows or operational capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital shelf optimization across brands and retailers.
• Lead product content syndication and maintenance using Salsify, Syndigo, and retailer portals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative Services and IT to ensure data and digital assets are available.
• Improve workflows and technology integrations to support digital shelf initiatives.
• Provide insights on SEO, content automation and answer engine optimization.
