Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital seeks a Digital Shelf & Content Specialist in Murrysville, PA to optimize medical device product listings across global e-commerce and distributors. You will own Salsify-driven PIM data models, automate content syndication, and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Collaborating with Global Marketing, Legal & Regulatory, and external agencies, you will drive data quality, governance, and KPI-driven improvements for listings, content completeness, and search

Qualifications

• 5–10 years managing e-commerce product content or digital shelf operations in regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise PIM/DAM systems; Salsify preferred.
• Experience guiding marketing assets through formal Legal/Regulatory approval workflows (MLR/Veeva).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Knowledge of medical device regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Digital Shelf Management & PIM Automation: manage Salsify data models, attributes, and channel mapping.
• Content Syndication: oversee automated asset pushes to resellers, distributors, and retailers.
• System Migration & Data Hygiene: audit legacy feeds and drive automation of syndication pipelines.
• Regulatory Compliance & Content Governance: route assets for formal approvals before distribution.
• Cross-Functional PM & Ops: coordinate with Global Strategy, Regional Sales, Enablement, and Ops.
• Agency & Vendor Supervision: brief and manage external vendors to meet briefs, budgets, timelines.
• KPI Tracking: monitor content completeness, listing accuracy, search share; report insights.

Location: Murrysville, PennsylvaniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $50 - 54 per hourWe are seeking an operational, data-driven Digital Shelf & Content Specialist to manage how our client's medical device and healthcare products are represented across global e-commerce channels and third-party distributors.In this role, you will act as the single source of truth for our digital product catalog. You will manage our Product Information Management (PIM) systems-specifically Salsify-lead projects to automate data syndication, and ensure every online listing is accurate, consistent, and compliant with medical device regulatory standards. You will collaborate daily with Global Marketing, Regional Commercial Teams, Legal & Regulatory, and external agency partners.Responsibilities:1. Digital Shelf Management & PIM Automation (40%)PIM/PXM Management: Serve as the hands-on administrator/power-user for Salsify (or equivalent PIM/DAM systems), establishing data models, product attributes, and channel mapping for external e-commerce platforms.Content Syndication: Direct the automated push of product assets (specifications, images, manuals, copy) to third-party resellers, healthcare distributors, and retail partners.System Migration & Data Hygiene: Audit and maintain legacy manual product data feeds while leading initiatives to transition workflows into fully automated syndication pipelines.2. Regulatory Compliance & Content Governance (30%)Medical Compliance Workflows: Route all digital assets, copy, and product claims through formal Legal, Regulatory, and Medical approval processes prior to external distribution.Brand & Data Harmonization: Eliminate discrepancies in product specifications, branding, and messaging across global and regional commercial platforms.3.
