Job summary

Charter Communications' Spectrum internship is a paid, full‑time 11‑week program in Charlotte, NC designed for business students. You’ll gain real‑world experience and exposure to telecommunications through department and intern cohort projects.

You’ll work with development teams on customer experience projects, document requirements, and participate in mentorship and professional development sessions throughout the summer.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Current enrollment in a bachelor's program at an accredited college or university.
• GPA of 3.0 or greater in the current program.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support development teams on customer experience projects during the internship.
• Assist in reviewing scope, requirements, journey maps, and technical needs.
• Create and document requirements and experiences for the customer journey.
• Assist with coordinating with journey owners and integration with the development team.
