Job summary

Charter Communications offers a paid 11-week Spectrum internship from May 26 to August 6, 2027. You will work 80% on department and intern cohort projects, with 20% on professional development, mentorship, and networking experiences.

The program includes cross-team collaboration and real-world exposure to telecommunications engineering and network operations. Ideal candidates are rising seniors with a 3.0+ GPA, pursuing a bachelor's degree, and ready to travel locally for events.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university completing a bachelor's degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work on department and intern cohort projects with an 80/20 split between project work and internship experiences.
• Assist core/backbone lab setup, test plans and documentation for production deployment.
• Collaborate with deployment teams and vertical partners on rollout planning and innovation initiatives.
