Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Digital Services Area Service Manager to lead our Digital Services strategy across multiple locations, including Moon Township, PA and Ohio sites. You will oversee the Area Team, manage service agreements, and drive project execution from start to finish while ensuring customer satisfaction and financial targets.

The role requires leadership experience, a background in industrial sales, and knowledge of Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in an industrial sales business setting.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in managing teams, processes and budgets.
• Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with peers to set and achieve Digital Services plan.
• Manage Digital Service Agreements and warranty execution for controls projects.
• Plan and prioritize projects, work orders and changes for controls work.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders on revenue and operating income targets.
• Assess and develop talent, workforce planning for controls services.
• Serve as primary customer contact and ensure satisfaction and budget adherence.
• Meet with customers and owners to discuss scope, budgets, performance and close-out.
• Verify project feasibility by analyzing customer and project data.
• Maintain customer relationships with status reports and reviews.
• Hire, manage and develop Controls Service Technicians.
• Monitor service personnel effectiveness and efficiency.
