Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Digital Services Area Service Manager to lead the Area Team in growing and executing the Digital Services strategy. You will oversee service agreements, project execution, customer satisfaction, and workforce development across multiple locations including Valley View, OH.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 4+ years of industrial sales/management experience, and knowledge of Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in an industrial sales business setting. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in managing teams of people, processes and budgets.
• Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and align the Area Digital Services plan and performance targets.
• Manage Digital Service Agreements and warranty execution for controls projects.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Account Managers on revenue targets.
• Assess and plan talent development and workforce needs for the team.
• Be the main customer contact to ensure satisfaction and project budgets.
• Meet with stakeholders to discuss scope, budgets, and close-out.
