Job summary

Omron Automation Americas is seeking a dynamic Manager for our Digital team, ideally located in the Midwest and/or near an airport. The role drives the performance of Automation Solutions Consultants to meet sales goals and develops key accounts.

You will mentor the team, guide account plans, and ensure cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and customer care. Travel 50% to visit customers and partners is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in engineering, technology, sales or related field.
• 5–7 years of sales experience in automation.
• Ability to lead and develop a sales team and engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance of Automation Solutions Consultants to sales goals.
• Develop business objectives at major accounts and guide account plans.
