Job Title: Digital Sales Specialist (DSS)

The Digital Sales Specialist (DSS) plays a crucial role in our company's digital transformation. As we implement internal and customer-facing tools such as the eCommerce customer portal (RoofHub.pro) and internal sales resources, you will serve as the key connector between our customers and employees, facilitating a smooth transition.

Primary Duties of the DSS include:

1. Listening to the needs of our customers and field employees regarding digital tools.
2. Guiding the creation and updates of these digital tools.
3. Training customers and employees on how to effectively use these tools to enhance their daily activities.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

1. Strong listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
2. Ability to troubleshoot issues or identify user errors with technology.
3. Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up on tasks.
4. Patience with users who may have limited technological skills.
5. Creative problem-solving skills.
6. Willingness to travel up to 50% to events, customers, and branch locations.
7. Sales mindset focused on selling the benefits of our tools to existing customers and internal staff, rather than selling products.
