Schneider Electric in the United States is seeking a Digital Sales Representative in the Power & Grid segment to accelerate pipeline for utility-scale and behind-the-meter projects. You will support the Strategic Account Executive team across country-targeted accounts, helping to nurture opportunities and drive customer engagement.

This role emphasizes collaboration with owners, developers, and brands, managing opportunities in BfO, and leveraging Schneider’s integrated portfolio to close deals.

Qualifications

• Candidate demonstrates strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with clear strategic alignment.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills in a large matrix.
• Familiarity with SE BfO and AI tools is a plus; travel 10–25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Strategic Account Executive team with targeted accounts and incubation accounts.
• Engage stakeholders at the right time to improve win probability.
• Enter and manage new account opportunities in BfO for visibility and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate offer, pricing, BOM, configuration, and materials with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver consistent messaging across calls, emails, and campaigns.
