Job summary

Moxie Pest Control is seeking a Digital Sales Expert in Irving, TX who converts warm, high-intent leads from Google, our website, SMS and other digital channels into new customers. You will guide interested prospects through the purchasing journey and tailor subscriptions to their needs, balancing speed and quality of service.

In this fast-paced, goal-driven role you respond quickly, conduct outbound calls, and manage leads across our PestRoutes CRM.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred (call center, hospitality, service industry etc.).
• Proficient with G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets).
• Become an expert at PestRoutes - our CRM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to commute onsite 5 days a week to the office in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and convert warm leads from Google, website, SMS, CRM communications, and other digital marketing channels.
• Conduct outbound calls to leads to convert qualified prospects into customers.
• Maintain quick response times and follow up to maximize conversions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend Moxie services and subscriptions.
• Explain services, pricing, subscriptions, and value propositions clearly.
• Use consultative selling to overcome objections and guide customers through purchasing.
• Manage leads in the CRM and document sales activity.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, SMS, and other approved channels.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales and activity goals.
• Stay updated on Moxie services, promotions, and offerings.
• Suggest improvements to lead follow-up and digital sales processes.
