Job summary

Moxie Pest Control is seeking an Inside Sales Expert in Irving, TX. You will be the first point of contact for customers, turning inquiries into loyal clients while guiding them to the right service fit.

Join a fast-paced, team-driven environment where you’ll support customers and field teams, maintain PestRoutes CRM data, and contribute ideas to improve the customer journey. A high school diploma is required, with on-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is a bonus.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.

What You Bring to the Table:

A high school diploma (or equivalent)

• Ability to commute onsite to Irving office 5 days a week

Previous customer service experience (call center, hospitality, retail, etc. is a bonus!)

Solid communication and people skills—you know how to keep things clear and positive

Tech comfort: You’re good with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides

A proactive mindset and a desire to grow with a company that’s growing fast
