We have also developed Cordant, a suite of solutions that helps clients with asset performance management, process optimization, and energy management.

This Digital Enterprise Sales role supports the Solutions growth strategy for our Cordant Software platform, covering Health, Strategy, and Defect Elimination solutions. You will be responsible for strategy development, sales, and activation of customer accounts, engaging with key leadership and clients to provide SaaS-based solutions.

As a Solutions Sales Representative, your responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with 'C' level and key customer personas to promote the Cordant Solutions portfolio.
  • Establishing partnership relationships with key clients as a Trusted Advisor and Customer Champion.
  • Developing and owning strategic account plans for key accounts.
  • Introducing technical sales support teams for deep technical understanding.
  • Leading efforts to expand market share, pipeline planning, and maintenance.
  • Supporting regional sales strategies relevant to the market.
  • Collaborating across the organization to develop growth strategies for complex enterprise customers.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 3+ years of experience in Industrial Software/SaaS Account Sales.
  • Knowledge of Asset Performance Management, Machine Health, or Condition Monitoring.
  • Understanding of financial, competitor, and regulatory environments.
  • Experience in long-term planning with large accounts.
  • Compensation plan structured as 50/50 Software Sales.
